Everything was perfect during 3 days, appreciated its fantastic location so close to the port And street as well as busiest shopping streets. The room was brand-new and quiet with all neccessery equipment, and I slept very well.

The suite I stayed in was really nice, with fresh and modern furniture that looked like it had just been set up. 🌟

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, near Bastione Conca Trapani. The restaurant was located within 400 metres...

Our room was in ground floor with own terrace. It was nice. We had even own kitchen. Location of the hotel is excellent. Beach is near, as well as restaurants and cafeterias. Free wlan was also nice. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, nice three star hotel.
Toilet would benefit from a small face-lift.

Only the location !
For any b&b the host's welcome should be the warmest as possible. It wasn'T. Apparently, the host doesn't seem to be at ease with foreign visitors. We had to find the way ourselves to warm the shower water. No explanation on how to turn on hot water. The breakfast was not good at all. We've been asked what we wanted to drink and apparently Cappuccino is the same as espresso. The croissant was reheated and thus hard as stone.

On arrival we were told that there was a problem with the room that we booked and we were brought around the corner to a different building and put up in very basic accomodation. It was not luxurious or impresive and we did have difficulty with the door lock but the staff were really nice and appologetic about the inconveniece. The room was clean and was sufficient as were only staying one night. The location was brilliant. The street the hotel is on was buzzing with people out for walks and drinks until early hours. There was great atmosphere around concidering it was wednesday night.

The staff was really nice and helpful, also location was great, on the one of the main promenade. There is a great large terrace avaliable for guests 24 hours. The room was quite clean and comfortable. We had window next to the promenade, so it was guite noisy, that´s why it is better for young people.
Flowing toilet.

Excellent location, on the edge of historical town, close to the port and bus/train station. Very pleasant, spacious rooms. Those going out to the street might be a bit noisy, but on the other hand it gives you very nice view to the palace. Common access to the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast during the good weather.
